Winter knocked twice on the pipes

The harsh Midwest weather did a number on this Clinton Commercial business. A water pipe broke in the ceiling causing water to drip in many residents' rooms. We set fans and dehumidifiers in all the rooms to quickly begin drying them out to prevent further damages. After a couple hours of drying, we packed up the resident's personal belongings to ensure safe moving from one room to the next and cleaned out the rooms. Once the rooms were cleaned of all personal belongings, we began to open up the ceilings and walls to ensure we were drying the entire structure. Now the fun part comes for our reconstruction team to put it back together to make it look "Like it never even happened."
