Water Damage in Clinton, IA
The water damage in this basement resulted from somebody turning on the outside hose and letting it continue to run for quite some time. We are in the winter months and the ground is frozen so the water started seeping into the basement as it had no where else to go. The homeowner contacted a plumber to get the water shut off outside as she was unable to do it herself. The plumber reached out to SERVPRO of Clinton and explained the situation to us. We sent a project manager over to assess the damage and once the inspection was complete, we sent a crew over to begin water mitigation. The after picture was taken only 3 days after the incident, in which the basement was completely dried out. The customer was very thankful and pleased with our services.
